Returns (if applicable)

We regret to inform you that returns are only accepted for products deemed defective or faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact QTFill Laboratories Customer Service at 133 979 or via email at info@qtfill.com.au within 14 days of receiving your product. Our team will discuss the issue with you and guide you through the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have requested a refund for a defective or faulty product, a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method once the product is confirmed to be defective.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are available only for products that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please reach out to QTFill Laboratories Customer Service at 133 979 or via email at info@qtfill.com.au. Include a description of the issue, your order number, and your contact details.

If your product is found to be defective or damaged, our Customer Service team will arrange the return, inspect the product, and send you a replacement.
